Orders
It's as easy as 1-2-3: add the products you want to your cart, click "Order," choose your delivery method, and that's it. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
First, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us via our contact form or by email: we'll check if everything went through correctly.
You've just confirmed your order but changed your mind? Write to us quickly! If it hasn't been prepared yet, we can still do something. Once it's shipped, it'll be too late.
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary.
No email? Check your spam 📩. Still nothing after a few minutes? Contact us, we'll check it for you.
Yes, it's possible! You can place your order as a guest, without creating an account.
But if you want to track your orders more easily, find your history or receive exclusive offers, creating an account takes 30 seconds and it's worth it 😉
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Typically, you'll receive your order within 2 to 5 business days .
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the package is shipped.
Currently, we mainly deliver to Belgium , France , Luxembourg and the Netherlands .
For any other destination, contact us directly via [email address or form] — we'll see together if we can get your snacks on the road 🌎✈️

You will be able to see in real time where your package is, right up to your door.

Don't panic!
- First check the tracking link received by email to see the status of the delivery.
- If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors or in your mailbox.
